I simply base MY opinion on the fact of the current PPS as it relates to the current share count. Once YA gets finished dilluting it will be nearly double the current share count, hence the PPS will be worth half what it currently is at todays price. They have announced nothing significant of late and nothing earth shattering in on the horizon. Simply, the near future does not look bright and it will take at least a year or two from this point to realize significant revenue....that being said, they will need money from somwhere, hence more debt and pressure on the already low PPS.
