Obviously that 20% is based on a outdated OS number and may or may not have any relevance today. Odss are that it does not have any relevance today as the OS is almost assuredly between 2.5 BB and 3 BB.

It was a no-risk to Pike private stock placement deal- i/e/ CD. Pike dumped its holdings during the pump. If the TA wasn't gagged you would know that, wouldn't you?
