PGCR isn't the only one on Trade suspension by the SEC. According to my broker, they're getting flooded with suspension warnings on pinkies all over the market.

The SEC is starting to crack down HARD and trading rules for the pinksheets are getting tighter and tougher.

but well served! because these companies get really lazy once the cash starts flowing in from OUR buys of their company's shares.

Their SEC filing falls behind, they don’t update their shareholders but seems to be always ON TIME when it comes to selling their company shares to raise 'Insider' Money.

I mean, all PGCR had to do is keep current on with their documents and filings.

This effort is less than what it took to become qualified to sell their company shares over the counter!

How did they get this far to be so far behind, to get suspended until they're back in compliance with the SEC rules and regulations?

Why are shareholders suffering both the failures of PCGR as well as the SEC's poor screening and monitoring practices?

I mean, At the casino, I’m already aware of the high risks at the roulette table, I mean, only ONE WINNING NUMBER can come up at a time.
My role in this is to simply pick a number and toss the dices.
It is NOT my role to QC the roulette wheel for balance faults or warped spins. That’s the Casino’s quality and control job!

As an investor, MY JOB is to determine whether or not a company is worth my investments and NOT whether they’re legally tradable, that’s the SEC’s Screening job.

But I'm really happy the SEC is cracking their whips at these companies.

This is a good move to screen out those companies that are poorly managing their business or just IN IT to sell shares rather than product or services.

Perhaps going forward into the new year, the market will be a lot cleaner and wins and losses will be fair and in accordance to the open market, rather than from manipulations and scams.
