What is really sad is that he has had really good people who did know how to run any one of those businesses and make them profitable. They just were never given the tools to do it.

I do know he hasn't shut anything down. He is still fighting. But until he puts GOOD people in place who know what they are doing, and give them the tools to do it, it may be a losing fight.

Only time will tell, but rest assured, it will be fun to watch.

Fixed for accouracy :) Great analysis but what about the former partner Bodnar and all of the former shareholders that are suing him for fraud? He can keep fighting all he wants but he has a mountain of debt, lawsuits and now a bad reputation on him. No firm would touch him and nobody with any common sense would invest their money in him. That said, there is a sucker born every minute and the fact that he sold his interactive property that never really even launched to begin with or has shown any viable means of making money says something.
