The problem is that pike already acquired 100,000,000 shares previous to the 42,000,000 but no one knows under what conditions they got those, and no one is saying. I have no doubt they had to buy those 42,000,000 shares (post investigation and suspension) to cover some irregularity before the SEC drags them into this mess.
