This deal is to avoid a blood bath and to create a win-win situation for EVERYBODY,

The reason is this, you have those who bought way long ago..I had shares from 2008 (So I consider myself long)
And you have those who bough yesterday and who plan to sell the minute this goes up..(What ever happens)

This is what it's all about, this is stocks, trading is what you do...It's the timing of your trade that makes the whole difference..WHY...WHY..is someone always attacking someone else?

Yes ... *EVERYONE* wins in the stock markets and people that NSS work with company management to negotiate their way out of losing positions. So now SPNG management is forgetting about their real shareholders and helping these NSS entitites work their way out of a jam by by issuing hundreds of millions more shares. Great to have a management team that helps the NSS beofre the real shareholders.

That is impossible. If a deal like that was possible, share holders should be screaming bloody murder! what business does SPNG have making a deal so the bad guys can avoid a blood bath at the expense of those who have shown faith in them by investing in the company?

There are two possibilities here, dpilon.

1) Your theory is completely wrong and utterly impossible

2) You're right and you are worse off with absolutely no hope whatsoever.

This deal is to avoid a blood bath and to create a win-win situation for EVERYBODY, INCLUDING longs. (I'm referring to the real longs here, not the greedy false longs who think they are long but are just greedy false longs)

When "air shares" will be bought back by the entity covering, the shares will be cancelled, the NSS will still get out of this richer, and A/S and O/S will be reduced DRAMATICALLY (creating shareholder value)

The WORST thing to do now would be to file the 10-K before everything is completed.
