Ahh come on Mariner..the date of record change for the NHGP spin off is complete crap. Actually what they did is illegal regardless of their good intentions. They can't state in a business wire news bulletin that the date has been moved to 10/15 and let 17 days go by with investors buying shares thinking they are getting the spin off shares only to say 19 days later "ooops that was a mistake, but we are unhappy about it as well"...
