Apparently EI should have beaten the lender over the head with a stick and forced them to lend the money right? The lender is one of the third parties that are mentioned in the update but EI should have the complete and total control over when they chose to make a loan available right?
Which do you think would have the most positive outcome, to announce the license agreements and gamechanger before securing the financing or after? Since I really and truly respect your opinion I would like to know what you think on this issue. TIA

3rd party....pffffft....I think Clint knows what was expected and has heard from everyone about things not happening...I wanted a hell of a lot more from this last update but guess what...even I can't budge the man....looks like he is CEO....oops I guess he has been since the beginning...
I am here till the gamechanger then I decide....I may be here long into 2010, i hope, but it sure look like I will be here come 2010 at the very least....
