It has done such moves in the past. Recent, less than fruitfull financing, may cause them to linger a while around 1. this is where the agreement with seaside and valence is forced to stablize.
I think its potential is worth much more, but who knows when that will be realized with that monkey on their backs. It was not in the best interest of shareholders as evidence shows. They missed the boat with grants and financing, that was a huge miss.
