I think they are just leaving the old information to hold space. I have noticed the last few months that they will come in with new information and just delete the old and add new. I do know they are maintaining the site because I wrote to the webmaster about a mistake and they sent me a thank you and a 25$ gift certificate for the Mansion on O Street where PIR the marketing company is housed. That happened about 6 weeks ago.
