thats my point as to why there isn't a flurry of trading (other then the holidays).
Most people who buy these pinks are in it for days, not months and years. Like the company is saying
Performance results should not be expected "overnight" and management views success, if any, to be expected in years, not days or months. Other than to report its financial standing to its shareholders, the new entity will most likely be completely "silent" for an extended period.
