What I want to know is where is the filing permitting him to issue up to 20B shares of DLAD when the Company charter clearly states only 6B and takes a vote of ALL stockholders to authorize the increase.

Yeah...I'm sure he does hold the majority of shares but I was never informed of a vote on my shares.
