Fast is in control of the stock for a while now.He buys low,then he put a huge offer,then he hits bids.Breaks stock down.
This is happening for months now.
The only way to beat him is huge Buyers with 5 to 10 millions shares,and get him out of the way.With small volumes he will be there all day every day and trade 50$ to 100$ a day upticks up and down.That is how he trades.He is milking it daily.He is flipping it like there is no End making from 40$ to 100$.

I said most investors already have all the shares
they need..The fact that the volume is low shows that most shares are now being held and waiting for the spin-off..That is a pretty easy concept to grasp..Anyone still wanting more shares are not looking to pick up a huge core position because they already have it..I know that since the announcement that I have picked up all the shares I wanted..The CEO gave everyone time to decide whether they want shares in the private company or not..I wanted in and I have finished buying my core position shares..I may add more if the pps drops but not much more...veno
