I've had the OS pegged at a little over 5 billion from a week ago. After today's action the OS could be very close to the AS of 6 billion. You can't issue/dilute more shares into the OS than there are shares authorized {AS}...so, basically, the "pool of shares" is now limited. We're at the ceiling. Now a value {price} can more accurately be put on the outstanding shares without that value being diluted by additional shares entering the equation and diluting the value of the current outstanding shares. And the share price can be bid up without more shares/competing shares {too much supply for demand} entering and distorting the bidding war. We hope it's a bidding war. That will depend on any news and investor sentiment.

I think I kind of went around in a circle with that explanation a little. It's not as complicated as I may have made it out to be... :)

I don't think my last post came close to answering your question. Why 6 billion? It appears the conversions and increasing outstanding share count {caused by "dumps", known as dilution} may be/must be about over.

Perhaps they obtained better, non-dilutive financing. Maybe they are getting out of debt. Maybe they are selling enough {product & licensing} where they don't need any outside financing {THAT would be SWEET!}. We'll have to wait and see if this is addressed in a press release.

Have a good night, Maestro. See you in the morning...
