I wouldn't be too sure about the A/S being maxed out. If the buy back is indeed continuing as per the PR, then you must leave room for a possible much lower O/S. I'm sure they will PR the share structure once the buy back is complete. As of now the buy back is not complete. And just because DBAB isn't on the bid, doesn't mean they aren't using one or two other MM's to complete the buy back. Remember the stock the company does buy back has to be retired to the Treasury. That is usually done in one shot FYI.
