I think you need to read all of the court documents again. Nowhere in the Allen County documents, does it atate that EESO is not supplying WOW. That is an assumption made on this board, and right now there is no proof either way. The SEC documents clearly state that there is an option for settlement up until a few weeks prior to the scheduled trial date. The judge did throw out the agreement for Carnes etal, but at no time did he state that an settlement could not be made, just not that one.
