Many companies fail in all sectors, not just mining. There are many successful mining companies that had to start somewhere.
A big positive here is they have gold and copper already.
Also IMO, if they wanted to dump shares on investors, why not go to pinksheets? Much easier to smokescreen investors in a pink than a BB.
