good thing you didn't contact him them..."I" am an authorized distributor....you are not...your info belongs in the trash whereas he may look twice at mine...If he then throws it away, so be it...Like I stated, I do not speak for the company but was asked by the company, as a shareholder just to relay info, IMHO, to further secure the fact that everyone is aware of the circumstances...They can not now say they never knew...Too many have had contact with them on this issue...EI is protected...the seller can do what he wants...if called to testify "I" have that option if I want to support my company...I doubt you'd do that....

not a lawyer, but IMHO I think the fact that the items were still there at the time of the seizure is what is at question...They think EI abandoned them, EI thinks they still have a claim...
