1. This deal is not yet consummated. I expect we will have the full details sometime in Jan 2010 (next month) as promised. This is a highly regulated transaction, so I advise patience until it is complete.

Our new financial controller finished updating and coordinating all our accounts. Our
2007, 2008 audits are now completed and we are now current up to Q2, 2009.
These accounts will be posted ASAP.
