You guys crack me up... 1 bank might be stronger than another but the bank would not sponsor if the didn't have the means to back it up.

The bank part is purely regulatory. It has very little to do with the success of the card. And the size or who the bank is, matters little.

The only real value I see in the bank announcement is that any one who gets an email alert regaridng news on that bank, will be alerted on OWVI. Having said that, FDIC and VISA will be much better key words. And it is another step in the direction of going to market.

Understanding credit card processing, ecommlink was the big piece of the puzzle. That is where money is going to be made for the company.

I can understand that everyone wants the pieces all in place though.
