I use scottrade right now for my CVRG shares. The only problem with them is that you have to wait 2-3 days after your deposit for your funds to clear and be able to purchase any stock under $4.00. If you don't mind waiting until Monday next week to get your shares, it's a good and easy way. Check the commission as well, it's $7 per trade, plus a fraction when purchasing shares of a stock under $1.00. I'm not sure if that's how other sites are or not since Scottrade is the only one I've used. Hope that helps
