***The valet situation sounds like poor planning. I wonder how they botched something so simple? They certainly can't expect valets to run up and down 7 levels, can they? That really doesn't make sense.

What do other hotels do? Service elevators like you mentioned?

***Drinks are $11-18 per drink? That always amazes me. But do know, a Cosmo here in town (Denver) can set you back ten bucks or more. Booze has gotten so expensive outside of happy hours.

I imagine it certainly encourages them to 'drink free while they gamble' although I have to admit I know plenty of people who sat at a machine, had a few drinks and when all was said and done - those few drinks cost them a grand. Maybe 11 bucks WOULD have been better? LOL

(I'm a no drink and gamble personality, myself...oddly, when one drinks, hundred dollar bills become just little pieces of paper with big, funny looking heads on them)
