THOSE NUMBERS ARE FROM DECEMBER 16 AND THE RUN WAS AFTER THAT....
all of those sells happened AFTER. Those sells that you are referring to arent reflected in the data in the S1/A. The actual float is unknown, but before the run, according to the new S1/A the float was just under 3 million the night before the run. And if that's wrong, then genta lied to the SEC.
