agreed. The TA often decides if its going to gag the numbers, not the company. We just went thru this with another stock. The company finally replaced the old TA with a new one and within days the new SS was available. The old TA said they had their own reasons due to work volume and calls since they were a small office they couldn't keep up with the traffic so they were gagged.
It was in the interests of the shareholders by the CEO to become more transparent to the public and in so doing created more confidence. So the beginning thread post is non sense.

The TAs who have elected to implement a "gag-order policy" have done so merely as a marketing tool.

~!~ Not only that, but I am of the understanding that a company can designate their own company itself or company officer to also be a TA. I believe ceo lumb of other shell fame has done that.
