This post came from another board that I follow but he gives a common sense "possible" answer as to why we can't buy CPRK and other stocks on a number of brokers...
The brokers have mentioned "reasonable suspicion of manipulation" but they don't have any concrete evidence to back up that claim. I believe some of the posters here received letters of explanation as well.
Scottrade not allowing CPRK buys really didn't concern me as they have an extremely long list of restrictions. The restriction by Ameritrade is more worrisome - I wish I knew what the company would need to do to in order to release the restrictions.
Welcome JFF, If in fact that is a BLM report and he shows 42 piles ranging from 5-20 tons, why would there only be a total of 100 - 200 tons If you were to lowball the average per pile at say 8 tons that would be a minimum of 336 tons. Do you have any other parts of the report that might clarify or is this a typo??
