IMO it's private placement dumpers frustrated who else could it be? We're talking over 27 Millions shares going back 48 months.

I am starting to wonder why they are dumping? That's big time volume with NITE and another MM PENA.

Like the company and it is a long term play. But, I am little concerned about the dumping and what will they do when it tries to rally? Someone in my opinion is capping any upward movement with some very greedy fat fingers that is willing to cut deals just to get rid of it meeting the bids/asks all over the place.

Erratic volume but end of month it posts impressive numbers. I don't get this xiws.

It sounds ludicrous when you think about a $2.50 unit private placement selling under a dime let alone .15-20 either. But, someone has as I look around the room here both ways...I don't think any of us here have over 27 Million+ shares to dump. Over 8 mill the first year placement was executed and then in 09' volume more than doubled we're over 17 Million for 09'? If it's not them then who? Question is: who has the capacity and why are they selling at these prices and taking a massive loss if it is them? Does someone know something we don't or someone is impatient and needs cash or a major loss writeoff? It just doesn't make any sense too me whatsoever. With the alleged prospects that Daybreak has and it currently is producing and executing why would someone be aggressive enough to dump at this pps knowing they can recover and make more when it rises?

Does any one of these points make any sense to anyone?

Have a good day trading on Monday everyone.
