Dragon , that was not my point ...if you have to pay taxes , what do you use to do your duties ( paying taxes )? Do you take your cash , to spare valuable shares ( because you expect them to jump up ) or do you take your shares , just because of present situation you have the knowledge that in the near term there is no rising of your shares to be expected .
That was my point . So to my interpretation they through over board what is less valuable in terms of a future pps perspective.
Thats what I wanted to say with my comment.
