My understanding talking to Frank last week was part of the problem if you can believe it is that it is near the Holidays and it is hard to get everything done quickly because of people gone on vacation. I got the feeling if you can believe this story they might have all of this done by the end of Dec. In my industry it is true it is hard to get things done in
Dec because the factories go down for almost the last two weeks.
I do not if this is true in the financial biz
