I know the lawyer said no recovery for preffereds and commons. what about wahuq thats trust preffered does that pay off. I don't believe a word the lawyer said yesterday there hiding something.

He could just be irritated about it because he doesn't want an EC slowing down the process. I'd rather have an EC slowing down the process so I know that equity is fairly represented.

Or, he wants everything for the bondholders because I thought Bonderman hired Weil, and I think Bonderman owns bonds now.

I just don't like giving predictions. :-) I don't mind reading others though.

I could see any one of those vents sending us over $100. The P's move on air. Combine any of those events and 20-30% is possible.

But until we have new news or one of those events, I have no idea what range the P's will stay within.

And that Street article could definitely bring new money into the pref's.

Wouldnt you think the UST is tring to beat the Jan 19 date? Because the march date is kind of after the fact. imo
