Bank of America does not use dtcc to clear it's trades. And where did you get the information that they are not getting the 375mill???? I did not see a pr did u? And how is it managements fault...please explain. Are you next to them? Do you know exactly what is going on? You see day to day operations?? You travel over seas with them??? I don't think so!! So before blaming IPWG management, take a look at what type of investment you invested in!!
Like I said before human nature at it's best...anyone can throw money at an idea and expect it to work out while u sit back n relax...but why don't you get out and start an international company from scratch tough guy...I would love to see how long it will take u to make it...if you even do!! If you not satisfied with the management please sell n buy something else...that would be the smart thing to do...really!!!
