IMO Ken Owen has got away with a lot of things over the years.
He seemed to do OK with the pump n' dump back in 2003-4. I had lost track of him until now and HYDB.

Let's see if they get away with it. A lot a folks are after Owen and now he's named in a RICO case. Sounds like you might be up on the production of hydrogen gas. You had conversations with Owen? Here's what I've been able ta find out about his hydrogen interest. Owen was the CEO of Nova Communications. Nova became Encompass Holdings. The dudes in charge at Encompass came from the rotary engine development work. Their interest and mine was clean burnin fuels such as hydrogen. I emailed and asked if they ever talked to Owen about hydrogen. I was told that they've never talked to Owen about any subject. By the time they came on the scene he was long gone. I was told that they did talk to Murray Goldenburg about the positive effects of hydrogen gas many times. Goldenburg resigned his director position prior to be removed by these same dudes. That was Dec.07. It looks like Owen started his hydrogen game about a month later. do ya think Owen just came up with this idea on his own? Not a friggin chance. Goldenburg brought Owen in as Nova CEO cause he was goin ta friggin prison for securities fraud. jj. You posted about some pr connectin these clowns. Can ya post it? I think you're probably right about Robins. He was the perfect front guy target for Goldenburg and Handler. I'm 50/50 on him cause I think he's friggin dumb enough ta believe the sht these dudes feed em. hho dude. Do you know where the past shareholders are from AMF and Pro Motors. They're either fully involved or got scammed. When ya do dd on Owen and Goldenburg ya follow the money (shares) talk ta those they screwed and look how the new shareholders (companies) connect to the scammers. You're postin as hhonow. I imagine ya know about the potential of that gas and was interested in Hydrogen Hybrid foe a reason. Like JJ, I just learned about the company. Like a lot a folks I follow Owen by doin dd. His named showed up in this case and as ya can imagine red flags come up on him and his long time buddies.
