Neither. Details will come out showing everything has been done to benefit the shareholders and new employees of QASP.

My understanding, and it may be flawed, is the following

1) Buyback will commence heavily upon closings of 1st 4 acquisitions

2) A/S will be raised ONLY to accomodate the equity stakes. At such time the buyback is complete, the A/S will become a very low number as will the O/S

3) There will be no reverse split EXCEPT IF needed to Uplist to NASDAQ

4) 350 million funding, 300 mil in Revenue at end of 2010, 500 mil in revenue at end of 2012 or before with net income projected at 125million. even with the current numbers, thats EPS of .40

5) Closings are happening. Closings will be announced when appropriate and not when the market wants it. there are reasons for everything.....It is very deliberate.

6) Watch for CET to roll out as a seperate public company early 2010 and after the closings for QASP are announced.....

7) there are several suprises along the way for QASP...all good ones.......
