Greater access to capital.. we may be in a recession, but America is still the biggest source of money and liquidity.

PEs make stockholders happy -

If your in management then you also want high PEs. But for seeking 'NEW' money management generally wants 'stable' growth and being on US exchanges is more stable and respected.
