Maybe a group, or some friends of Humphries will buy all the 0.0001s from the tax-loss sellers...then run this to 0.001-0.002 when the name/symbol changes hit...

Maybe that was the plan all along...get Humphries to sell all the way to 0.0002...then tax-loss sellers would take this to NO BID...
someone comes in, scoops up 5 billion shares at 0.0001, takes them off the market...then when name change hits....they spike this high, distribute shares at 0.001-0.002. Just made a cool 1000-2000% profit.
So Humpty gets to make a few $million by selling all the way down to 0.0001, and his buddies get to make a few $million by getting cheap shares from tax-loss sellers at 0.0001 and running it right back up.
