It is not a problem if it comes out in a FR because that is a public annoucement. When the CC's are sold it will be a PR not a FR or maybe both but for sure a PR.

Technically, an FR is public information released by the company, the same as a PR just not as much exposure.

Same goes for telephone conversations, if the CEO tells me something over the phone, it is considered public at that point.

One of the reasons the conference calls that roberto set up last year were highly beneficial to us long term shareholders was that there at least 3-4 shareholders on each call, everything that was said was a public release of information.
