If he really was worried about the share price, he could announce a share buy back, a substantial one that would get this stock moving, also he could put out the financials in a timely manner and keep everyone up to date on the ETC dividend. I think he's more worried about running the company and being successful at it. The stock price will take care of itself if the company does well.
