"If I've learned anything while working as promoter/IR in the OTC, is that these message boards are only good for one thing and that is comic relief."

"I do want to thank all of you however for your efforts in fomenting so much distrust and skepticism. I've managed to pick up a fairly decent sized amount of stock :)"

This kinda talk is similar to JD Brown.

JD says message boards are for entertainment yet pays to have somebody post on them. Two things that dont go together.

Similar to quoted above.

"If I was JD I wouldn't pander to the gossip on this board either"

He paid you in the past and he paid Clay this year...He has an obligation to file IMO...Otherwise he risks being sued for manipulating the pps by paying for IRP on msg boards....Lets not make any assuptions here...EVERYONE knows what paying for IRP means....Now if that exposure was for a P&D and not based on facts, there is an issue....file form 3s....

"EXPO" paid, not a 3rd party, for IRP "charting" while friendlies posted. IRP doesn't come by himself you know...there is a crew of paids or "friends"...People bought the ETC/EXPH pump going into 2011...4 days after launch they PR a divy??? You stated he toyed with the idea when you were involved?

I'd say there is a conflict brewing...but, thats JMO....

I share your sentiments too. JD doesn't worry about the share price as he has stated many times to me via email. He also mentioned in the December 2nd PR that the company just emerged from survival mode and will focus first on profitability, growth second, and shareholder transparency third.

"A good CEO doesn't worry about his share price, he focuses on growing the business and the share price will eventually follow."

Thanks for summing up how JD Brown really is not a good CEO. Somebody worried about running the business wouldn't be compensating somebody to post on a message board information that can only have an effect on one thing, the stock price.

Doesn't add customers for displays or cabinets. Only affects the PPS. Kind of odd for a CEO that doesn't care about the PPS.

Sending out PR after PR doesn't go along with somebody that only cares about running the business. Taking investor phone calls and emails all day doesn't really go along with running a business.

It may not be intentional but the former IRP of Expo is providing very valuable information for investors to digest.
