TzuFuma Inc. (The “Company”), is a Florida corporation recently formed in November, 2009 by Robert Paterson, its founder and Interim President & CEO. The Company originally commenced sales of its products in 1st Qtr 2009 D/B/A - Electrociga. The Company believes that it is partially responsible for pioneering the introduction of electronic smoking products: E-Cigarettes & E- Cigars, E-Cigs or Electronic Cigarettes ("E-Cig's") in the United States
Yall know I'm big time Bullish on SFIO, but this looks to be my guess comfirmed. This is E-Cig that finaly pulled their head out of their a$$ and became a publicly traded company. The reverse Merger alone is a great play and now E-cig has opened their doors to investors. MMUH is a failed Verizon afiliate company of some sorts and must have gotten with these guys to go public and churn some bucks. My other guess is that these guys are the one's supplying That HPNN company. MMUH will probably sell E-cigs to anyone that wants to meet their minimum buy order. But why do a reverse merger with a turd stock? Was it cheap without aquiring too much old debt or fleas of the former's buisness activities? Or the biggy, has E-cigs stalled in sales and this is their saving grace merger deal?. This is big for SFIO. TzaFuma stated in their Summary of Business Operations YTD _ 11/01/2009, that their big 2010, expansion overseas is to London and Spain, well Madrid, Two cities!!!! Big Woop! SFIO is knee deep all over Europe, Japan, Austrailia, and god knows where today! And a note of common sense, If the FDA denies SFIO, they have just pulled the rug from under MMUH! We still have revenues comming from overseas first and the US second. Its a great play being in both.
If my turd QASP hurries up and runs again, all my profits will be spread into here. HPNN is a no-way play for me. I can't see Joe Camel being allowed again in the US. The FDA will hammer those guys something feirce. They want wanrning lables to make up 80% of a cigarett's front lable. Now you have a company with a cute kangaroo selling smokes, Kills me!
Now you have to be asking your self do you believe in the entire market of this product? Its my biggest question. Will this sell and be big? This merger has me asking questions.
