They arent or should I say they werent.

I know what the TA told me and two other posters months ago. Not just maria. I spoke to both.

People can choose to believe me or not, I don't really care. I was told(as were two others that posted in this very venue) that the float was 930million on that day. The O/S on that same day was just over 980million making it impossible to have 325 million restricted shares.

I have spoken to them both since and they would not confirm the current float number or restricted. This is entirely up to the company to set the parameters. The very next day this info became privileged and I am sure JD had a nice little chat with them. What I also find funny is that yesterday when I called for the share structure and spoke to maria and then wanted to be transferred to her boss she needed to verify that I was a shareholder and wouldn't transfer me after I told her I wasnt. I will fully admit though that Maria has been flighty in the past and left me scratching my head. She has told me in the past that she couldn't tell me the authorized share count and when I remind her that is old information she says oh yeah and then gives it to me.

I have always been accurate with whatever I post from the TA and if many remember I was the poster that confirmed recently that the shares had been bought back by the company.
