This is good for JAV - they were out of cash and I am suprised they got such a good deal. This is IMO a VERY bad decision on MYRX - essentially says to me they have little confidence in their pipeline. And I thought JAV was worthless, therefore I now see MYRX as garbage. I think you'll see MYRX trade down to $3.30 - $3.80 over the next few weeks/months
