Why do you say that e-mail is illegal? Not bdgering or anything just curious as to how those Promo's work.

Do you mean they're just blanketing any random e-mail address, or do they have subscribers or something?

If they're just randomly e-mailing people, it's not much of a Promo campaign IMO
