we were talking earlier that Bush has commented that he wants to overhaul the tax system. If he really did push for the 'fairtax' proposal and got it thorugh, that would sure leave a legacy. I still think that is dreaming, but it would be interesting. A lot of citizens would like to see April 15th be just another day, it could resonate with the populace.
