First, the pps is not staying at .03 but closed yesterday at .025.

Second, if Walter gets in bed with Urban Cassavant (CMKX) that puts him with the likes of USCA f/k/a UCAD (who was just recently suspended from trading by the SEC) as well as Mr. Shaun Spellicy.

Also, doesn't Walter need something to offer Urban for a deal?
