Thanks, I did not know it worked that way. Today is a very good example of why it can't be trusted... with a nearly 4:1 ratio and watching the price drop at the same time.
I also have been made aware of the MM's little tricks... it's why I always have a mental stop loss vs a real one, but generally as long as the stock isn't completely plumitting and the average closing price for the last week isn't below my mental stop, I do not consider it ready for selling yet.
I am, as you undoubtedly have noticed, still in the learning phases of all of this; Most of my trades are done on paper, and even the stocks I am actually in (IE SNWT) would have to move quite a bit for me to profit reasonably on. I have limited my spending on the market until I am more comfortable with it; and because of the buggers I made trading off of hype/emotion etc.
