What statements? and I believe he was NEVER required or has stated to release any filings at a particular date.
I'm sorry but you guys who keep on saying that the filings are delayed or late is a bunch of crap. I cannot recall anytime that the CEO has Pr'd a date of when the finanicals would be out. They are not required to release any. Remember this is a pink, right. You guys are putting expectations as if they were being traded on a higher exchange.
If you show me where the company has said a specific date then ok, I can understand your frustration but until then IMO your printing false information.
I do want to see the 3Q too but I have no expecations of when they will be out, I will just be happy to see them.
