ALL BC publicly traded companies are bound by the BCSC to maintain required documents (which include audited financials). This rule was created to protect shareholders from shell/scam companies. avVaa WILL get compliant and have the ban lifted. It is NOT a matter of IF it is more of a matter of WHEN. They have submitted all but one document to the BCSC. It is my opinion that they are waiting until the court case is over to finalize their fully reporting status.
