This may seem like a silly question but did you write "400,000 shares valued at $0.97" because that's the pps right now?

Will the value of their shares change just like our values change with pps (which is what I assume)? Or will their shares always be valued at $0.97?

Do you know where/how they aquired them? Probably just decided to get into this stock and then pump it themselves. Who do you know over there? When are they going to start telling the world how great this little company is?

Edit - hope Punxy is right with that explanation. Maybe we need to contact PSC to see if we can get an answer to that.
