Why the venom? If Zen has his doubts about Urban, that's his business. If you think otherwise, it's your business, everyone is allowed to think as they please.
Now, Zen has been getting a lot of love from many posters on these boards, don't be jealous and attempt to tear the man down. If Zen disagrees with Urban about management style or what have you, you writing about it in 10 different posts only spread what what he has to say far and wide. Or is that your intent? Are you hoping to win converts to your side in the hate Zen club. Hey, Zen is repected around here. We may not all agree with everything he says, but we are not going to agree with you on this.
