Thanks for the post PN. Can you explain that? I thought the brokers borrow millions of shares prior to the market open and settle all the trades at close of business. If there were no shares available wouldn't the ask be way higher. I love Sierra and own plenty.

Do you mean they could dilute further whenever they feel like it? Oh man. A year ago there were only a fraction of these shares, now we've got AS of 1 billion. BTW, why is a Candian company registered in NEVADA?

From what I know of Nevada corpo rules, the Vice-president can be anonymous and there's alot of other little things you can do wit a Nevada corp.

Has anyone checked the Nevada SOS to see if new filngs have been made to increase AS or anything like that? Just curious as I don't want any investment further diluted.
