The land around this property is proven . In my opion they are selling the land at a discount because it does not have assay results

Answer to your post:

1. With 100M one can leverage funds or go into other endeavors
2. It take a lot of continuous funds for property, plant, equipment, utilities, legal, etc. for mining operation to get up and running. There is required to be a processing site (the closer to the mine the better). This means the actual cost will be much higher than purchase price until sale of precious metal brings in capital to a buying entity.
3. If there is no proven reserve no 100M that simple.
4. IF one gets caught with their pants down at .0003 because (lets say not all members of sale agreed and company decided to change focus and does a 1:20,000 RS or higher) say goodbye to whatever one has invested ie in the realm of 95%+ of original investment will be devastated.
5. Prove the metal than we buy, prove the metal than we move forward, prove the metal, prove the metal, prove the metal get my point. Saavy entities with 100M do not get to that level due to making bone-headed mistakes buying property that is not proven!!!!

One a daily basis I speak direct to mine owners seeking to monetize and leverage inground assets and mines. The funding source I am connected with have excess to 1B+ for acquisitions and developments. No assay report or geological on property or issue with ownership no deal.
